The Basics of 1v1

In 1v1 as he said you can only win by being aggresive. In my opinion thrust is the more aggresive spell it does some dammage Good knockback and can save your butt not to mention if you level it the fast cd can wreack Havok on your opponent! combined with some other knockback spells and it can be an awesome chain killer!

But crow, in 1v1s you have 11 rounds only and it's -league so you dont get gold for kills. And if you only upgrade thrust you're gonna be killed fast. Plus, being aggressive isnt good all the times ; it depends of your opponent's way to play.

guess im stil a newbie. I've only played like 15-20 round 1v1s and I didn't even know what league was lol. still if you can time it right and other tactics like timeshift1 link rush timeshift2 it can be pretty (lol) I guess it all depends on what your opponents skill level is and pick of spells are. well I've learned something out of this forum! Crow if you check my Combo topic you'll learn that Link+Timeshift+R spell is the gayest combo ever everyone can do it lol

Lol first time I saw it I was so pissed >.< easy to counter I guess tho.

In a 1v1 yes it is but in big games, it's hard to keep your C spell for that occasion.
